Mr Mawejje Francis wins Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene grant
Driven by his passion for research, clinical practice, and teaching, Mr Mawejje Francis who serves as a junior researcher at the Natural Products Research and Innovation Centre (NaPRiC) has been awarded a £5000 grant by the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene (RSTMH) for his project titled "Inappropriate dispensing of ACTs without diagnostic testing or at suboptimal doses in private pharmacies and drug shops in Central Uganda."
The work is to be supervised by Prof. Dan Kibuule under the mentorship of Dr Marvin Andrew Kanyike and Dr Obakiro Samuel Baker
