Developing strategic plan for NaPRiC

Since establishment in 2020, Busitema University Natural Products and Drug Research Group (BUNaPReG)it has been operating on a project mode. With the BUNaPReG growing into a centre of excellence (Natural Products Research and Innovation Centre), a new mode of operation based on Centre of Excellence has been adopted. This event will be aimed at restructuring the administration and governance of NaPriC as well as developing its a strategic plan.
